1) “Deleters – Palms Trax Remix” – Holy Fuck, Angus Andrew

A perfect example of where a remix can elevate an otherwise okay song into something very good. Palms Trax has gone from the English Riviera to working in a London record store to being an established producer and DJ based in Berlin with multiple residencies under his belt. A pretty good career trajectory.

2) “Last of the Loving” – Coco

Anonymous band Coco are back again with another lovely hit. This is a delight and a beautiful follow up to their previous two tracks “One Time Villain” and “Empty Beach“. Rumours are swirling around on the internet that it could be Weyes Blood and someone else. What do you think?

3) “Breakfast Epiphany” – Boy Azooga

Quite an annoying song in an endearing way if that makes sense. Supposedly the singer came up with the lyrics in the shower and had to keep repeating them until he could get to his phone and put them in the notes section. A few new releases (“U.F.O” and “O Silly Me”) have come out from this Cardiff based band, teasing a new album.

Album: “1, 2, Kung Fu!” (2018)

4) “Appeayl 2 U part 1” – Gayngs

After ten years, Gayngs, who feature Justin Vernon from Bon Iver and Ryan Olson of Poli├ža fame, are back with this track. Once you have Justin Vernon in the mix you can never be too far away from sounding like Bon Iver, but this is still a nice mellow track.
