1) “Fallen Angel – Kelpe Remix, Radio Edit” – Hiraku Arata, Kelpe, Kenichi Ikeda, Kohei Ando, Mark de Clive-Lowe, Ronin Arkestra, Sauce 81, Shinpei Ruike, Tsuyoshi Kosuga, Wataru Hamasaki

The background sounds are amazing, there are so many layers. It’s very delicate. Label Albert’s Favourites had Kelpe at the top of their list to remix the “Fallen Angel” track and it paid off.

Formed in Tokyo in 2017, Ronin Arkestra brings together some of the finest and most creative players in Japan’s Jazz and electronic scene.

One of my favourite indie songs from my early teens taken on by Mount Kimbie in 2010. A corker.

This track is telling the story of two people who are in different stages of grieving the loss of a loved one. Another fine indie rock track.
